Customizing Notifications

You may customize which notifications you receive from TezLab at any time.

To access notification preferences:

• Tap ••• on the top right of your TezLab Home Screen
• Tap Settings & Preferences
• Scroll down and tap Manage Notifications

Notifications have two options which are controlled separately:

• In-App - notifications that will appear on the in-app notification section.
• Push - notifications that will be delivered to your device outside of the app.

On iOS, toggles for both In-App and Push are available within TezLab on the Manage Notifications screen.

On Android, toggles within TezLab on the Manage Notifications screen are for In-App Notifications Only. Push notifications are managed by the Android operating system.

To modify Push Notification Preferences on Android:

• From the TezLab Manage Notifications screen, tap Manage Push Notifications at the top, or:

• On your device (outside TezLab) go to Settings > Notifications > App Notifications > TezLab to customize.

  
  

⚠️ Some versions of Android (particularly on Samsung phones) may turn off Notification Category Management by default. To enable, go to Settings > Notifications > Advanced Settings and toggle on 'Manage Notification Categories for each app'. You will then be able to customize the push notifications you receive from TezLab on Android.
