Is the iOS Widget data live?

Almost! Apple controls the frequency with which an iOS home screen widget can refresh. The TezLab widget will pull down the latest information available whenever iOS allows a refresh. Opening the TezLab app (or tapping on the widget) will also cause the widget to refresh.
