Data Safety

We take data safety very seriously and have a number of systems in place to ensure the security of your information. 

All data are stored in TezLab's cloud-hosted servers in enterprise-grade data centers in the United States. Access to our application servers and database cluster is very tightly controlled, with only a limited number of team members having access, and only the type of access they require. All accounts with server access require certificates, very strong passwords, and multi-factor authentication. Sensitive information such as Tesla account tokens are encrypted in transport and at rest.
