Reauthorize EV Account(s)

In some cases, establishing a new connection to your EV account can help resolve some issues including missing vehicles, inability to sync Tesla Supercharging costs, etc. This also applies if you need to switch the EV account that your TezLab account is connected to.


To reauthorize your EV account:

  • From your TezLab Home screen, tap your vehicle's name near the top.
  • On the menu that pops up from the bottom, tap Manage Vehicle Connections
  • If your EV account is showing as connected, tap ••• to the right of that connection, and then tap Disconnect From Your [Tesla/Rivian] Account
  • If your EV account is not connected already, tap Connect [Tesla/Rivian] Account to connect that account type.

In the following example, Tesla is connected, and Rivian is not yet connected.
