Drive Tags & Notes
Tagging drives and adding notes allows you to keep them organized which can be helpful for personal organization, mileage tracking, or business reporting purposes. Tags and notes are included in exports.
Tagging a Drive
You may tag a drive from the Activity list, or the Drive Detail scree
From the Activity list
- Tap the ⚡️ tab.
- Tap the drive(s) you wish to tag. This will expand the drive row.
- Tap the circle beside the drive to select it.
- Tap Tag Drive(s) at the bottom.
- Select the tag(s) you wish to apply, or tap the + to add a new tag.
- Tap Apply Tags
From the Drive Detail Screen
- Tap the ⚡︎ tab.
- Long press on the drive you wish to open, or tap to expand and tap it again.
- Tap the 🏷 icon.
- Select the tag(s) you wish to apply, or tap the + to add a new tag.
- Tap Apply Tags.
Filtering Drives by Tags
- Tap the ⚡️ tab.
- Tap the Filter button at the top.
- Tap Drives Only
- Tap the tag you wish to filter on.
- Tap Apply Filters.
Adding Notes to Drives
- Tap the ⚡️ tab.
- Long press on the drive you wish to open, or tap to expand and tap it again.
- Tap the 💬 icon.
- Type a note and tap Add Note.
