I am being unexpectedly logged out of the app

Well, that's super annoying! There are a few things that could possibly cause this, but good news, usually the following quick steps can resolve this issue for you:

  • Uninstall TezLab from your phone and subsequently restart your phone while it's uninstalled. Once your phone restarts, please re-download TezLab from the App Store.
  • Head to tesla.com and reset your Tesla password. (Don't skip this step!)
  • Open up TezLab, and sign back in. You should now remain logged in.
  • Enter your updated Tesla password in the Tesla app on your phone.
