Cancelling Pro Subscriptions

Sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your membership! Please contact us at [email protected] if we can be of assistance.

Please note that uninstalling TezLab does not cancel your membership. In order to cancel a membership, you must cancel it via the original method of purchase. The way to cancel your membership depends on how you purchased it.

You can cancel the renewal of your TezLab Pro subscription at any time before the next renewal. You will retain access to the subscription for the remainder of the term that you've purchased.

Upon cancellation, we offer a 30-day grace period to re-join to retain previous history, after which point it will no longer be available.

Purchased via

  • Head to your subscription management page at
  • Enter your email address and we'll send you a sign-in link.
  • Once signed in, click your active subscription, and then follow the prompts to make changes or cancel.
  • Cancellations are effective at the end of your current term that you've purchased - you will not lose access immediately upon cancellation.

Purchased in-app (iOS/Android)

TezLab Pro subscriptions are handled by Google for Android devices and Apple for iOS devices.

Please note that app developers are required to utilize Apple & Google's system for in-app purchases as Apple & Google take a commission.

Refunds are handled by Apple & Google. We are unable to process refund requests on our end.
